About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team lead to join our dynamic team. As a Main Road Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and supervising a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve outstanding results.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to their professional growth.
- Conduct regular strategic reviews and file audits to maintain high standards.
- Balancing clinical and commercial goals is crucial in this role.
- Build and nurture relationships within your team and with key clients.
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Registered with AHPRA, ESSA ASORC or AASW.
- Full working rights along with a full Australian Driving License.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior consultants.
- Prior work experience in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting.
