Lead Commercial Property Sales Professional
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the sales, listing and marketing of commercial properties across Geelong & the Surf Coast region.
The ideal candidate will be a natural hunter with excellent communication skills, able to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders. They will have strong business acumen, commercial property knowledge and the ability to build relationships.
- Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties.
- Maintaining an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
- Negotiating property transactions from start to finish.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Commercial property experience or knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record in sales and negotiation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
