Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage a portfolio of outstanding accounts from leading institutions.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in collections, recoveries or credit control, with a strong understanding of compliance obligations and debt collection guidelines.

They will also have excellent communication skills, resilience and professionalism in challenging conversations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of outstanding accounts
  • Utilize skip tracing techniques to locate customers and negotiate tailored repayment solutions
  • Handle high volumes of outbound and inbound calls
  • Maintain adherence to industry regulations and compliance frameworks
Requirements
  • Proven experience in collections, recoveries or credit control
  • Strong knowledge of skip tracing techniques
  • Solid understanding of compliance obligations, debt collection guidelines and relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Resilience and professionalism in challenging conversations
