Customer Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in making outbound calls to locate customers and investigating overdue accounts.

About Your New Role
  • You will be at the forefront of customer interactions, utilizing your excellent communication skills to negotiate repayment plans and solutions that meet our customers' needs.
  • You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective strategies for managing outstanding accounts.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Making high-volume outbound and inbound calls to customers.
  2. Investigating and resolving customer queries and issues.
  3. Negotiating repayment plans and solutions with customers.
  4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through rapport and trust-building techniques.
  5. Identifying and addressing customer pain points to create positive outcomes.
