Looking to progress your career as a Bank Teller? This Customer Relationship Specialist position is the next level up from a Teller position, with further career progression opportunities included.

This position is with a well-respected Australian Bank, based at one of their Brisbane South branches.

**Your new role**

As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients and providing customer service.

Duties will include:

- Outbound calling to maintain and build customer relationships
- Account opening/closing
- Customer interviews and being a part of their full review process
- Coaching and development of junior colleagues
- Floor walking, business development and initiating quality conversations with customers
- Compliance

Please note training with be provided if needed on Personal Lending and Credit Card products.

This role will also have exposure to Home Lending and career progression opportunities within the Lending side.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven Bank Teller experience
- Go-getter attitude
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal & Customer Service skills
