Job Overview

The firm seeks an experienced and skilled Senior Associate to join its team. This is a senior-level position that requires the individual to have extensive experience in commercial property law, strong technical skills, and a commercial approach.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to negotiate contracts and conduct negotiations effectively, and have enthusiasm, drive, and ambition. They should also have a strong desire to build strong client relationships and supervise junior lawyers.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Associate will work on a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including sales and acquisitions, retail, industrial, and commercial leasing, property development work, mixed-use development projects, and joint venture property developments.


They will be responsible for conducting negotiations, drafting contracts, and providing expert advice to clients. The successful candidate will have high levels of responsibility and autonomy, with opportunities to play a major role in the further expansion of the team.


Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial property law
