Service Technician

As a skilled service professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to our growing customer base across diverse industrial sectors.

About the Role
  • Install, maintain and repair a range of equipment and products
  • Respond promptly to equipment failures and perform troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently
  • Conduct regular maintenance tasks in line with industry standards and regulations
  • Travel to client sites as required, including occasional interstate travel
  • Prepare goods for sale, hire or repair, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Record service activities accurately using our mobile systems
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment and service vehicle
  • Promote additional service/sales opportunities through our incentive plan
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised trade certificate in mechanical, electrical or electrotechnology (preferred)
  • NMI licence or willingness to obtain (highly desirable)
  • Experience in industrial services or electrical/mechanical maintenance
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills and self-motivation
  • A manual driver's licence and ability to travel when required
  • Full working rights in Australia
