**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team in the Community Rehabilitation Unit. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will deliver adult outpatient rehabilitation services to clients with complex needs.

**Role and Responsibilities:**

Your primary responsibility will be to work collaboratively with the Clinical Nurse Specialist - Rehabilitation to ensure best practice standards are provided by the CRU. This includes assessing, planning, and delivering nursing services for clients referred to the unit.
