Rehabilitation Consultant Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to support individuals on their journey from rehabilitation to healing.

This role involves conducting assessments to evaluate functional capacity, worksite ergonomics, and activities of daily living. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, including employees, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals to develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans tailored to each individual's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate functional capacity, worksite ergonomics, and activities of daily living.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current registration or membership with relevant industry bodies (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA, or AASW).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy, or Social Work.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Passion for helping people rehabilitate and achieve their goals.
