Job Description

We are seeking experienced and passionate nursing professionals to join our dynamic team at a newly established hospital in Melbourne. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead quality improvement projects and provide education and support for patients' recovery or rehabilitation needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering exceptional patient care while supervising and guiding Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Leading quality improvement and safety management initiatives to drive excellence in patient care.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to support patient needs and promoting a positive, respectful work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current registration with AHPRA is essential.
  • At least 12 months of clinical experience as a Registered or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse is required.
  • Ability to work a 24-hour roster is essential.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred patient care is expected.
