Seeking Experienced Governance Leaders

We are seeking experienced and values-driven leaders to join our Board as Non-Executive Directors. The role will involve providing governance leadership and strategic direction across all our ministries. You will be responsible for safeguarding our Catholic identity and mission, while ensuring good stewardship of ecclesial and community assets.

About the Role

">

As a Non-Executive Director, you will have significant board and/or executive experience in health, aged care, social enterprise, or community services. You will also have a strong commitment to Catholic mission, values, and tradition, and an ability to uphold and nurture these in complex governance settings.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing governance leadership and strategic direction across all our ministries">
  • Safeguarding Catholic identity and mission while ensuring good stewardship of ecclesial and community assets">
  • Overseeing compliance with Canon Law, civil legislation (including ACNC and Corporations Act obligations), and organisational policies">
  • Supporting the ongoing formation of leaders in Catholic ministries">
  • Contribute to Board committees and ministry visitation responsibilities as delegated">
