  • Providing strategic direction and governance leadership across all Mercy Partner ministries.
  • Safeguarding Catholic identity and mission while ensuring good stewardship of ecclesial and community assets.
  • Overseeing compliance with Canon Law, civil legislation, and organisational policies.
  • Supporting the ongoing formation of leaders in Catholic ministries.
  • Contributing to Board committees and ministry visitation responsibilities as delegated.
