About the Position

The Senior Coordinator, Equity Projects role involves supporting the delivery of equity projects and programs, with a focus on addressing gender-based violence, anti-racism, and promoting mental health wellbeing and inclusion.

This position will contribute to project planning and management, including training delivery, policy review, secretariat support for meetings, and development of project tools and reports. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to promoting social justice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the design and implementation of equity projects and programs
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform project planning and decision-making
  • Developing and implementing evaluation plans to measure project impact
  • Providing training and capacity-building support to stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases to track project progress

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, able to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
