This role involves leading the sales floor team in delivering outstanding customer service, promoting Sephora's prestige beauty products, and driving sales through effective visual merchandising and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To maintain a high standard of store appearance and presentation, ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience.
  • To coach and develop the sales floor team members on product knowledge, visual merchandising techniques, and operational procedures.
  • To analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth, developing strategies to drive sales and exceed KPIs.
  • To work closely with the management team to ensure effective inventory management, stock control, and cash handling procedures.
  • To facilitate open communication with the team by providing regular feedback, coaching, and recognition.
