Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Associate in our Bargaining and Legal Strategy team.

This position plays a critical role in shaping whole-of-government industrial relations strategies and providing strategic advice on bargaining and industrial issues that impact government priorities and organizational outcomes.

  • Strong knowledge of industrial relations frameworks, including relevant legislation, government policies, and industrial instruments is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will possess the ability to provide timely and high-quality advice on complex bargaining and industrial issues, ensuring alignment with government objectives.
  • A proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities, developing solutions to mitigate risks and achieve desired outcomes is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Advice: Provide expert advice on bargaining and industrial relations matters to support informed decision-making.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop solutions to minimize their impact on industrial relations outcomes.

Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance the team's capacity for strategic advice and risk management.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
