Project Manager Position

We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of an apartment complex project in Canberra.

This position involves effective management of time, cost, safety, environment legislative, financial, industrial, and quality based contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the construction project from start to finish
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
  • Leading and mentoring a project team to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Building, or equivalent
  • Ideal experience in residential builds
  • Over 4 years demonstrated experience as a Project Manager
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a project team
  • Experience managing projects with a high focus on safety, quality, and environmental challenges
