Project Director Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the planning, coordination and control of projects from construction through to completion.

About the Position

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to ensure project scope, objectives and constraints are clear, monitor progress to meet project deadlines and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor project performance against established timelines and budgets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary education in construction or project management.
  • Commercial construction experience with a proven track record of delivering GC21 contracts.
  • Experience in pre- and post-contract project management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
