We are seeking an experienced Project Schedule Coordinator, to join our Operations team in a pivotal role. As a key member of the construction planning group, you will work on a major Engineering Service Contract.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing, maintaining and monitoring construction schedules and associated documents. You will review and issue updates to project schedules and manpower requirements, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project progress.

You will attend regular progress meetings, analyze job card updates, forecast personnel levels and work closely with the construction team to ensure seamless schedule management.

To be successful in this role, you will have 10+ years of relevant planning experience within Oil & Gas or Offshore construction. You will possess advanced knowledge of Primavera and other scheduling software, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
