The pre-construction process relies heavily on the expertise of the Estimator, making this role crucial in achieving project objectives.
Main Responsibilities- To develop detailed estimates and schedules for projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- To contribute to tender submissions and support the sales process with expert advice
- To collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth project delivery
- To provide guidance on cost planning and budgeting, supporting informed decision-making
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Local estimating experience within the WA construction market
- A deep understanding of local industry trends and regulations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
