About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Professional to join our team in Byford. As part of our Tonkin Extension Alliance, you will contribute to one of WA's biggest infrastructure projects, extending Tonkin Highway by 14 km and upgrading 4.5 km of Thomas Road.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working on complex construction projects. You will be responsible for using tools, equipment, and machinery, reading and following construction plans, conducting daily safety checks, and moving goods and materials around the site.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a range of construction equipment and machinery
  • Read and follow detailed construction plans and specifications
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure a safe working environment
  • Assist in the movement of goods and materials around the site
  • Perform general labouring tasks as required
Requirements
  • Current Drivers Licence and ability to travel to work within Perth Metropolitan area
  • White card and willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
  • Previous construction experience preferred but not essential
  • Proven commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Highly motivated and driven to achieve project outcomes
  • Able to follow direction and undertake tasks as directed
