Administrative Support Officer

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining accurate records and files
• Manage financial accounts, including processing transactions and reconciliations
• Offer exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of work
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work with a diverse range of people
• Experience handling cash and maintaining accurate financial records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
