The Hospital Research Foundation (THRF) Group is seeking two enthusiastic and motivated Administrators to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise all your admin skills to create that right first impression and provide timely and effective support to the whole THRF Group.

**About the roles**
The full-time role will take ownership of position responsibilities, while the part time role will actively float within the team, providing back-up and support as needed.
Reporting to the Administration Services Lead, key tasks include:
- Reception duties - answering incoming phone calls, greet visitors, process donations, sell lottery tickets
- Providing a broad range of admin and project support across the business
- Assisting with the Under Our Roof service, including taking bookings, setting up for patient arrivals and organising cleaning and other maintenance as required
- Processing and fulfilment of over the counter and postal donations in an efficient, accurate and timely manner
- As the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service to various external stakeholders and internal departments within the THRF Group.
