**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Perth Team as a Country Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our daily pick-up and delivery operations via our extensive Agent network.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Operational Excellence**: Ensure all consignment pick-ups and deliveries adhere to transit guidelines and are completed efficiently.
  • **Process Improvement**: Streamline administrative and operational processes to optimize allocation of pick-ups and deliveries.
  • **Compliance Management**: Oversee safe loading/unloading of Agent vehicles, ensuring adherence to pallet control and Proof of Delivery (POD) integrity.
  • **Cost Efficiency**: Monitor and reconcile Agent costs at consignment level, ensuring accurate billing and revenue capture.
  • **Performance Goals**: Achieve operational objectives in scanning, damage reduction, and Delivery in Full, On Time (DIFOT) metrics.
  • **Stakeholder Management**: Foster strong relationships with Agents and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • **Regulatory Adherence**: Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, providing guidance and training as needed.

**Key Competencies:**

  • **Regional Expertise**: Excellent knowledge of Western Australian regional locations.
  • **Organizational Skills**: Proven ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
  • **Compliance Knowledge**: Understanding of fatigue management, Dangerous Goods (DGs) compliance, and Chain of Responsibility (CoR).
  • **Analytical Skills**: Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
  • **Communication**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • **Technical Proficiency**: Intermediate computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
