Job Overview
The Industrial Relations Adviser plays a pivotal role in assessing major industrial relations claims, developing responses, and negotiating related matters. This requires close collaboration with the Attorney-General's Department to ensure effective advocacy for the employer's position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing industrial relations claims and developing strategic responses
- Negotiating related matters with key stakeholders
- Advocating the employer's position in significant cases before the South Australian Employment Tribunal and other industrial tribunals
Requirements:
To excel in this role, applicants should possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Industrial Relations, Law, Human Resource Management, Business, or Economics. A collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
