We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Civil Estimator to join our team in our Bibra Lake office. As an estimator at Perdon, you will be responsible for overseeing all estimating processes within the business. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Preparing detailed cost estimates by analyzing project plans and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
* Collaborating with team members, including the director and senior management, throughout the tender process.
* Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure comprehensive and accurate estimates.
* Identifying potential risks and uncertainties in projects and incorporating them into estimates.
* Preparing and submitting bids for new projects, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company standards.
* Reviewing past project estimates and outcomes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of future estimates.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. You will have a minimum of 5 years of civil estimating experience and a strong understanding of construction processes, operations, and methodologies. You will also possess advanced problem-solving skills, a commitment to safety policies and procedures, and a great work ethic.
