Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled product manager to lead the development, management, and enhancement of our Wrap product suite. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of investment and superannuation solutions that deliver real value to clients and members.
- Develop and deliver a market-leading Wrap product suite, owning and evolving the end-to-end product offering (Advised and Employer Wrap).
- Collaborate with the Product Management team to ensure consistency of approach, development roadmap, and identify simplification opportunities.
- Develop, deliver, manage, and monitor key settings and market competitiveness of the Wrap product offering; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sign off on technical and disclosure-related information.
- Lead product development initiatives and strategic proposals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive consistency and simplification.
- Resolve product-related incidents and manage remediation activities.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, boards, and regulators.
Requirements:
- Substantial wealth product management experience with deep Wrap platform expertise.
- Strong understanding of superannuation and investments.
- Experience in regulatory environments and product governance.
- Proven ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders.
