Your New Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, maintaining and delivering performance reporting and attribution analysis across a broad range of asset classes, as well as generating and distributing high quality reports to relevant clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Reporting and Attribution: be a super user of the Factset performance and risk attribution system and support the broader Investments team and internal stakeholders with queries and information/reporting requests.
  • Provide timely and accurate investment performance and attribution calculations across asset classes, including analysis and communication of the drivers of performance.
  • Monitor and report on investment options against objectives, peers and benchmarks.
  • Identify and analyse performance reporting issues, exceptions or errors in a timely manner.
  • Generate insights from performance and attribution analysis, market data and industry information, and distill these for communication to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with and coordinate with relevant vendors and data providers.
  • Support performance reporting queries and data requests from Portfolio Managers, Clients and other internal stakeholders.
Client and Investments Reporting
  • Super user of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) and support the Investments team in their use.
  • Create, prepare and deliver client and Investment team reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely production of high-quality Investment and client reports.
  • Manage end-to-end reporting processes, understanding requirements and procuring necessary information to produce meaningful reports.
  • Develop and maintain relationships to understand reporting requirements.
What we're looking for

You're an investment performance reporting SME used to working in an investment management business, supporting investment decision making through high quality investment performance and client reports. If you're energetic, collaborative and self-driven and excited to be part of a high performing investments team, we'd love to hear from you. Requirements include:

  • 5+ years experience as an investment performance and/or client reporting analyst across a broad range of asset classes.
  • 5+ years experience producing and disseminating high quality performance and attribution, and client reports.
  • Highly proficient with Factset (performance and attribution reporting) is essential.
  • Track record of working independently and collaboratively with stakeholders in a high performing investments team.
  • Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Excel) is highly regarded.
  • Relevant Qualifications – CFA Designation is desirable but not essential.
