Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned investment professional to join our team as a Senior Investment Manager. This role will involve leading and executing growth equity opportunities in later-stage venture and private equity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Origination and Initial Evaluation: Identify and source investment opportunities through various channels, lead a team on evaluating potential investments, and assess management teams, business models, the market, and the competitive landscape.
  • Investment Execution: Lead a team on due diligence, negotiation, and structuring of investment opportunities, collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders, and work closely with legal and financial teams to ensure smooth transaction execution and compliance within regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in M&A / Corporate Finance, and more recently in a senior role within a growth private equity manager, supported by experience in financial/investment markets.
  • Finance, business administration, and/or accounting / law degree & experience.
