Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Quality Assurance Coordinator to oversee the quality control process in our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery and leadership experience managing a small team of laborers and QC specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a small team of quality control specialists, ensuring they meet their targets and adhere to company standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of products to identify defects and discrepancies against relevant paperwork.
  • Receive, pack, and quality control all incoming supplies, maintaining inventory integrity.
  • Prepare and submit daily to weekly reports on quality control performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with factory managers to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role.
  • Preferably with industry experience in joinery or carpentry.
  • Forklift experience is highly regarded but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
