Job Title: Hospitality Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and service-focused individual to join our team as a Hospitality Assistant. This is a part-time opportunity working a minimum of 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager, responsible for distributing linen and replenishing amenities to floors and delivering guest requests.
  • Maintain guest room pantries ensuring all equipment is in clean working order.
Requirements

You will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to positively interact with both guests and the hotel team. Key requirements include:

  • Full Australian working rights.
  • A proven track record of room servicing.
  • Pride in customer service.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work an average of 4 days per week.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Team player with autonomy and teamwork capabilities.
  • Honesty and reliability.
