Job Opportunity: Manager, HR Operations

This role involves leading and managing the delivery of a high-quality human resources service across various departments.

  • Responsibilities include organisational design, workforce planning, classification and remuneration, recruitment, contract management, organisational change, HR policy development and review, performance management, and employee relations.

The Manager, HR Operations will work as a strategic partner to leaders and managers across the Agency, providing timely, accurate expert advice through a proactive HR business partnering model.

  • Professional and technical knowledge in human resources.
  • Influencing skills to drive strategic priorities and ensure compliance with public sector legislation.
  • People management skills to lead and manage a team effectively.
