About the Role- As National People & Capability Manager, you will lead a national team of 10 employees across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities- Design and implement people, safety, and culture programs to drive organizational objectives.
- Develop and execute cultural transformation initiatives to foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performance environment.
- Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning to ensure future capability.
- Manage HR policy development, compliance with relevant legislation, and employee relations matters.
- Drive learning and development programs to elevate capability and support leadership growth.
- Promote best practice across sites through collaboration with national leaders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in people management and leadership.
- Strong understanding of organizational behavior and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively across functions and geographically dispersed teams.
