National Lottery Manager

RSPCA Queensland is a non-government, community-based charity dedicated to improving the lives of domestic, farmed, and native animals in Australia. Our mission statement is simple but powerful: Together We Change Lives.
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive revenue growth and lead a critical fundraising initiative.
About the Role- Develop and execute strategic plans for a key fundraising program.
- Provide recommendations to the National Lottery Committee and make decisions that align with program objectives.
- Manage and oversee a team, fostering collaboration and performance.
- Monitor program metrics and adapt tactics as required.
- Collaborate with Fundraising and Marketing teams to ensure supporter-centric donor journeys.
- Act as liaison for external suppliers.
- Coordinate regular reports to the committee and participating Member Societies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership roles within lottery programs or similar fundraising enterprises, demonstrating revenue growth and innovative development.
