Responsibilities

  • Support clients in planning their next career steps and finding the right job.">
  • Build strong relationships to understand each client's goals, strengths, and support needs.">
  • Provide tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.">
  • Connect participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience, and group-based activities.">
  • Collaborate with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.">
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.">
  • Champion values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work)">
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions">
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans">
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills">
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends">
  • Current Driver's License">
