About the Opportunity

We are seeking a diligent Lawyer with 1-2 years PQE to join our Personal Injury team in Campbelltown.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Personal Injury law, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong work ethic. They will also possess the ability to build long-lasting relationships, provide high-quality client service, and manage their time effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist experienced lawyers in conducting Personal Injury cases, including medical negligence, workers compensation, motor vehicle claims, and public liability.
  • Review and analysis of documentation and evidence.
  • Draft legal correspondence, court documents, briefs, and other documents as required.
  • Interact with clients for the preparation of compensation claims.
  • Conduct legal research.
  • Work closely with the Personal Injury team to prepare and advance claims for clients.
