We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Indigenous Customer Assistance Line (ICAL) team.

This role is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building positive relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

As an ICAL team member, you will be responsible for providing culturally appropriate banking solutions and support to remote Indigenous customers. You will work closely with stakeholders from Community and Government Services to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to build rapport quickly with customers and provide tailored solutions to their needs.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as flexible working arrangements and ongoing training and development opportunities.

The ICAL team operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm, and Saturday, 8am to 2pm. You will be required to work a rotating roster, which includes Public Holidays.
