Job Summary
CoreStaff is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administration Officer to join our client's team in Darwin. As a key member of the administration department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dealership.
About Our Client
Our client is the largest multi-franchise dealerships in Darwin, with a reputation for excellence in the automotive industry. They are seeking a talented individual to provide administrative support to their team.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Accounting duties, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal processing
- EOM and EOFY reporting
- Auditing, assessing, and ensuring compliance documentation
- Daily banking and cash sale processing
- Data entry input
- Providing high-level administration support to staff and management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate excellent communication skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Previous experience in an administration role and bookkeeping duties
- Experience in using accounting and office software and database management
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred but not essential
- Australian citizenship
