Electrical Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill a leadership position in our building services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing electrical design and coordination, and leading project teams to deliver successful outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate
  • A recognised degree or qualification in Electrical Engineering is essential
  • Significant experience working as an Electrical Engineer within a building services consulting environment, ideally with circa 8-10 years of relevant experience
  • Extensive experience in coordinating and leading teams of engineers/drafters on complex building projects
  • A solid understanding of local building codes and standards, along with a strong network and knowledge of the local market
  • Proven experience in presenting to clients with business development skills and good commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to integrate well into an existing team
