About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Insights Specialist to join our team at British American Tobacco. As a key member of our Insights & Foresights team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute research plans to gain a deep understanding of consumer behavior and preferences.
  • Lead and report on consumer research to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement insights-driven strategies.
  • Manage research agencies and ensure high-quality delivery of outputs.
  • Support the development of a single view of the consumer and drive organizational understanding of consumers, shoppers, and the operating environment.
Requirements
  • A tertiary degree in a field such as Marketing, Business, Psychology, or Analytics.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate environment or a research agency.
  • Sophisticated understanding of research methodologies and strong analytic skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills, including the ability to establish and prioritize tasks and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to deliver impactful presentations to individuals at all levels.
