As a Counsellor within our Mental Health team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences. We are a specialist behaviour solutions provider, catering to clients across Southeast Queensland and Northern NSW.
We exist to be a one-stop-shop of mental health solutions, imagining a world where anyone can obtain mental health solutions by the right person, for the right problem, and at the right time.
Your responsibilities will include working closely with experts in psychology, psychiatry, and counselling disciplines to deliver high-quality service in the areas of behaviour assessment and interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on the outcomes of the position
- Work collaboratively with the fulfilment team to enable throughput of clinical service delivery
Mandatory Requirements:
- Professional accreditation (or eligible to be accredited) by the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) or the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA)
- NNS Working with Children's Check clearance
- QLD Blue Card clearance
- Satisfactory NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Satisfactory vaccination status
- Driver's licence
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in the area of Counselling within a culturally diverse context
- Group program development and/or delivery
- Registration, or willingness and eligibility to register as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS
- Experience in the area of Counselling in the context of neurodevelopmental disorders in any setting
