Job Title: Mental Health Specialist - Regional Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mental Health Specialist to join our regional team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality school-based mental health care and intervention for students in the South East Region.

The role involves working with schools to identify and address the mental health needs of students, as well as providing individual and group counselling and therapeutic interventions. You will also be responsible for coordinating or assisting in the implementation of professional in-service training programs for teachers, parents, and other professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • a degree in psychology or a related field;
  • experience in school-based mental health work;
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team.
