Job Title: Team Leader

To be successful, applicants must have:
- A tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Social Work.
- AHPRA Registration (Occupational Therapist and Psychologist only).
- Eligibility for membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers (Social Worker only).
- A valid Driver Licence.
- Evidence of vaccination against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B.
- Tuberculosis screening.
- Declaration of serious discipline history.
- Criminal History Screening.
