Site Operations Manager

This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned leader to make a significant impact in ensuring the smooth execution of site maintenance operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities and driving continuous improvement across various mechanical systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations to guarantee timely completion of tasks and high-quality results.
  • Supervise a team of technicians and trades personnel, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes open communication and mutual respect.
  • Develop and execute plans for installation, maintenance, and repair activities, prioritizing efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Proactively identify and address technical issues to maintain project timelines and control costs.
  • Provide regular progress updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all work adheres to relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Support the growth and development of team members through on-site training, mentorship, and coaching.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by contributing to the refinement of work processes and operational procedures.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between our organization and client representatives, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in estimating labor, materials, and time requirements for upcoming projects.
  • Coordinate daily safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety awareness.
  • Plan and schedule preventative maintenance, monitoring equipment performance and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Manage rosters, consumables, logistics, and site documentation, ensuring seamless operation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections, workplace assessments, and stocktakes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Champion HSEQ performance, ensuring incident reporting, audits, and procedure compliance.
  • Support QA processes, register maintenance, and environmental risk management initiatives.
  • Guarantee accurate completion of SWP JHA and TAKE 5 procedures.
  • Provide valuable insights to the Project Manager on variations, risks, and workforce needs.
