Site Operations Leader

The role of a Site Operations Leader is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and safe execution of projects at customer sites. Key responsibilities include developing project mobilization and execution plans, managing site administration, coordinating resources, and maintaining compliance with local laws and company standards.

  • Developing comprehensive project mobilization and execution strategies to meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Overseeing site administration, organization, and resource planning to ensure seamless operations.
  • Providing guidance on installation activities and coordinating execution schedules to optimize productivity.
  • Maintaining compliance with local laws, regulations, and health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) policies.
  • Conducting thorough site inductions for all personnel to ensure understanding of safety protocols and site procedures.
  • Organizing and leading site meetings to facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective site reporting practices to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitoring work progress and collecting accurate reports to inform decision-making.
  • Promoting cost-effective and efficient construction practices to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Managing site budgets and controlling costs to achieve financial targets.
  • Participating in subcontracting and local procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Ensuring quality control and minimizing risks throughout site execution to protect company reputation.
  • Leading the final handover of the project to the customer, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as experience in site management, preferably in marine or energy projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, with excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
