We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our site operations and drive exceptional customer service and quality repairs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all site activities, ensuring timely and correct completion of work, and maintaining high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Our state-of-the-art technology includes Rupes dust extraction systems, GYS and OEM Spot and MIG welders, and PDR and Glue Pull systems. You will be accountable for maximising business profitability and reputation while upholding safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Work Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by implementing WHS policies and procedures and reporting incidents or near misses.

Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt, professional interactions and accurate information.

Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: Ensure vehicles are repaired to OEM standards and comprehensive quotes are created to maintain profitability and efficiency.

Production Workshop Management: Oversee production targets, ensure vehicles are repaired within designated timeframes, and manage average repair costs.
