Key Responsibilities

As a Payroll Coordinator, your primary objective will be to:

  • Support the Senior Payroll Coordinator in achieving team goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and distribute timely payroll instructions to third-party vendors.
  • Contribute to running monthly APAC payroll and maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • Review and verify payroll reports for accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Update and maintain existing records in the payroll system.
  • Administer payroll processes and facilitate out-of-cycle payments as needed.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Prior experience in administration, processing, or payroll.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • A genuine passion for delivering results and a keen interest in payroll operations.
