Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Payroll Specialist to join our organization. This key role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weekly payroll processing, including payruns and timesheet management
  • Compliance with relevant tax laws and superannuation regulations
  • Effective management of employee onboarding, terminations, and payroll adjustments
  • Processing Centrelink Paid Parental Leave payments and Workers Compensation claims
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving employee queries

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in payroll administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
  • Knowledge of Australian employment laws and awards
