About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Invoice Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager and operational divisions with administrative duties, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining customer information in our system.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Finance Manager and operational divisions with administrative duties
- Ensure invoicing is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain customer information in our system
- Work with line managers and the admin team to understand job categories and client requirements
- Perform data entry, filing, and preparation of ad-hoc reports
- Collect client information and follow up on actions from clients and debtors
- Assist with accounts payable and receivables and take action as required
- Tertiary education preferred but not required
- Experience in finance preferred
- Sound computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Reliable, team player with a can-do attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritise projects and activities
- Outstanding attention to detail, time management, and organisation skills
- Focused and compliant with all safe work practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
