Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to oversee and manage the day-to-day service and installation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and clear communication.
- Coordinate daily schedules for service and installation teams, addressing any scheduling conflicts or material needs.
- Monitor job progress using tools like ServiceM8, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Assist with drafting quotations, letters, and handling invoicing.
- Oversee parts/material availability for scheduled jobs, ensuring the smooth operation of installations and service.
- Provide general administrative support, including document filing and archiving.
- Maintain clear communication with teams and customers to ensure expectations are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in service coordination, administration, customer service, and invoicing.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with scheduling and workflow tools like ServiceM8.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to operational challenges.
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
