Job Title: Campus Safety Leader

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shaping campus safety culture and leading high-profile investigations to influence university-wide security policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement crime prevention strategies to safeguard the university community and assets.
  • Lead investigations into criminal activities on campus, liaising with law enforcement agencies as needed.
  • Manage security arrangements for special events and VIP visits, ensuring safety while maintaining the university's reputation.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality security training and awareness programs for university stakeholders.
  • Conduct security reviews and provide expert advice to mitigate risks and threats to safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A seasoned security professional with extensive experience in law enforcement or a similar field, possessing strong investigative skills and the ability to develop strategic security initiatives.
  • Strong skills in risk analysis and security planning for major events.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders and delivering training.
  • Leadership abilities in managing critical incidents and motivating teams.
  • Relevant qualifications in law enforcement or security are highly desirable.
